Club Mat | Power
Flow from all angles of your mat and dive into a dynamic, full body burn with little bursts of cardio and deep muscle engagement. Set to fun, uplifting music, this session begins and ends with mindfulness to ground your energy. Whether you're starting your day or winding it down, you'll leave feeling strong, lengthened, and revitalised.
Available in heated and non-heated. Our heated classes are set between 20–27 degrees using infrared heating, and due to our beautiful high ceilings, the temperature doesn’t typically exceed 30 degrees. You’ll still feel the warmth build naturally as your body begins moving and heating up throughout class.

Think less flow and more fire. Club Strong focuses on simple, functional movements performed with higher repetitions to build strength, endurance and a serious burn. Expect a more structured format with a clear sequence that you'll work through 1–2 times, allowing you to really dial in your form and feel every rep.

Club Reformer Power is our signature class, an intermediate to advanced reformer workout designed to challenge your strength, control and endurance. Expect dynamic sequences, high intensity progressions and plenty of pulses to fire up every muscle group. This class moves with purpose, giving you the perfect blend of strength, burn and power.

A fresh, fun twist on traditional Pilates. This slower paced class focuses on form and alignment while still delivering a full body burn. Options are always offered to increase intensity or stay where you are, making this class suitable for everyone.

Club Reformer | Glutes & Core
Glutes & Core is your spicy little burn session focused on exactly what it sounds like.
Think deep core shakes, glute pulses, layered progressions and props to level things up. Expect Pilates based movement that strengthens, sculpts and stabilises, while leaving your legs trembling and your core on fire.
A little spicy for pregnancy mamas. We’d recommend one of our pregnancy friendly classes instead.

A unique and nurturing experience designed for new mums and their babies. This class offers a perfect blend of postnatal fitness and bonding time with your little one, helping you regain strength and flexibility postpartum so you can feel your most confident while enjoying precious moments with your mini me.
*A health professional must clear clients to attend a group class. As there is a staircase to the studio it is recommended you bring a baby carrier rather than a stroller.
