    Bringing a new fun twist to traditional Pilates. Keeping things a little slower in our signature class, we focus on form and alignment whilst still giving you that full body burn. Like any class we will always give you options to up the intensity or just stay as you are to make this class suitable for everyone.

    It’s all in the name. We power on, challenging the mind, the body. This class is HOT, high energy, faster paced. Adding intensity, adding those additional props, those extra reps and those extra pulses we all LOVE to see.

  • Club CALM (Yoga)

    Let’s turn it down a notch. Here we step into soothing and restorative yoga practices designed to help you unwind, release tension from the mind, body and improve flexibility through gentle movement. Leave each session feeling replenished, refreshed and revitalised. Our club Calm classes are both Vinyassa and Yin inspired.

    You, your mat, and your breath. Unlock the transformative potential of conscious breathing through our powerful guided Breathwork class. We focus on harnessing this as a tool for stress relief, emotional balance, and that sense of inner calm.     Our signature non-heated Mat class is for you, your mind & your mat! Designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your entire body whilst still promoting mindfulness and body awareness! Where fitness meets enjoyment in an energising and dynamic workout to really get those gooooood endorphins going.

  • Club MAT (Power)

    It’s all in the name. We power on, challenging the mind, the body. This class is our infrared heated class filled with high energy and those uicy burns. Adding intensity, with additional props, extra reps and those extra pulses we all LOVE to see.

  • Club Mat (Heat)

    Let’s turn up the HEAT. The vibe is FULL BODY, fast pace, high intensity with minimal breaks. We go with the flow in this class, adding unique props for a comprehensive and exhilarating workout experience.

  • Club Mamas & Mini's (coming soon)

    A unique and nurturing experience designed for new mums and their babies. This class offers a perfect blend of postnatal fitness and bonding time with your little one, helping you regain strength and flexibility postpartum so you can feel your most confident while enjoying precious moments with your mini me.

    *A health professional must clear clients to attend a group class. As there is a staircase to the studio it is recommended you bring a baby carrier rather than a stroller.
